When will my order be dispatched?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. However, during busy sales periods, we ask customers to allow for additional time. If you need an order urgently, please email us at clowdco@outlook.com.au, and our team will do their best to assist you.

 

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you don't receive this number, please contact our customer care team at clowdco@outlook.com.au. Also, check your spam folder in case the email landed there.

How much is delivery?

• Domestic Australian: For orders under $100, standard shipping is $10, and express shipping is $14. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.
• International Shipping: standard shipping starts at $39.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Australian Domestic Shipping:
  • Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: 
  • Standard Shipping: 6-27 business days after dispatch.

 

What if I provided the wrong address?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee.
