What is your returns policy?

At Clowd, we are happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specifications. Any damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a faulty/damaged product or the incorrect item, Clowd will cover the return shipping cost.

*Note.

Creases and lines on the ball will take time to go away and may remain faint due to the soft material used, and the way the balls need to be packaged to be sent. The best way to help these creases fade is to let the ball material expand over a few days and then introduce more air into the ball to expand further.

If you purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
